Return of goods
If for any reason you decide to refuse the purchased product, you can do this in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.
Return of goods is possible subject to the following conditions:
Return of goods of proper quality.
The Client has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the Goods – within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase, if the product is ordered from the “in stock” section. The return of the Goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved. The Client does not have the right to refuse a Product that has individually defined properties if the specified Product can be used exclusively by the Client who purchases it. The client does not have the right to refuse the Goods made to order in the required size. If the Client refuses the Goods of good quality, the Seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 10 days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding request. Return of goods of inadequate quality
A product of inadequate quality means a product that is not able to provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects / marriage).
The buyer, to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, if this was not agreed by the seller, has the right, at his choice, to declare any of the following requirements:
replacement for goods of a similar brand (model, article number) or for the same goods of another brand (model, article number) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price; commensurate reduction in the purchase price; free elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party; has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods. All of the above requirements for the return of goods of inadequate quality can be presented in the following terms:
The product has a warranty period – during the entire warranty period; There is no warranty period for the product – within a reasonable period, but not more than 6 months. The online store has the right to refuse the exchange or return of goods if it considers that the discovered significant defect is the result of improper operation of the goods.
The term for consideration of an application for a refund is 5 days. Refunds are made to the same bank card from which the payment was made. Refunds to the card are made within 5 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank that issued the bank card.
In the event of a disagreement over quality or reasons for deficiencies, the online store has the right to conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods have arisen through the fault of the Buyer, then the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the online store
for the cost of the examination, as well as the costs of transportation and storage of the goods associated with it.
